Booking and Payment

• There is no enrollment fee.
• Bookings must be made by e-mail and is validated by our confirmation. In order to make a reservation we ask for a 20% down payment
• The remaining fees must be paid by the first day of the courses.

Payments options

• Deposit on our Chilean bank account in Chilean Peso or USD
• Deposit on our German bank account in EUR or USD
• PayPal - because of restrictions on Chilean PayPal accounts only possible for down-payments

Validation of Offers

Offers of courses, accommodation or packages are valid for 14 days. Afterwards we reserve the right to change the offer. Prices on the web page may contain errors, please reconfirm with us. The final prices are those in the offers we make for specific inquiries.

Cancellation of Classes and Homestays

Students may change their courses up to 10 days before the course starts. The change may only be made to a date within 6 months.
In the case of an adjustment an additional fee of 20,000 Chilean Pesos will be charged. We don’t accept changes in the course schedule within 10 days before the first class. These changes include starting date, course duration or intensity. Upgrades are possible depending on availability. For cancellation after the start of the course, the full fee will be charged. For cancellation after the start of the Homestay, the full price of the running week will be charged. There is no refund on classes that students do not attend unless the responsibility falls on the school.

Cancellation of other Accommodations

We arrange reservations, but the contract is between the hotel, hostel, etc. and the student. Therefore the cancellation policy of the accommodation is applied. Generally all accommodations charge a no show fee of two nights in case of cancellation.
