Learning Spanish were the Fun is, in Pucon.

Pucón, in the shadow of Villarrica Volcano is situated between the National Parks "Villarrica" and "Huerquehue", the forest reserve "Cerros de Quelhue" and the private park "El Cañi". Located on the shores of Lake Villarrica with many rivers, hot springs and waterfalls nearby, it offers lots of attractive opportunities to its visitors.
You can climb an active volcano, go rafting, kayaking,  horse back riding, mountain biking, and..., and... .
Anyway, Pucon also has a busy nightlife, lots of hotels and hostels, bars and restaurants, discos and the casino.
This combination makes Pucón one of the most interesting destinations in Chile, a perfect place for a longer stay.

Pucón - the center of adventure and outdoor tourism in southern Chile



Even if the maps is not 100% accurate, you get the idea: Pucon is surrounded by nature: lakes, mountains and rivers. The highest peaks of the Andes you find on the border to argentina, the red line. Anyway, this far south the andes are not as high as one may expect, about 4000 meters is the highest peak, the lanin Volcano. Would'nt it be fun learning Spanish in this place?

In the Center you find more and more bigger buildings, but still it stays a nice little town, easy to overlook, a great place for learning Spanish abroad. As Pucon is on the lake shore of Villarrica lake, many people have their rowing boats parked in their front gardens. Would'nt it be fun learning Spanish in this town?
This old steamer is still working on the lake, but only for tourists.
A tipical door as you find them all over town, here it is at the patio of ecole, the towns one and only vegetarien restaurant, you should taste their home made bread with chilean "pebre" salsa.
 Almost al the time you can see our volcano smoking, reminding you : it's active! learning Spanish at Language Pucon gives you the chance to climb Villarrica, one of the most active volcanos in SouthAmerica.
